Three steps, then never again
Setup happens once. After that the extension is just there in the toolbar, running on a session you already keep alive.

Once, in the same browser. Trust the device and stay signed in — that session is the only credential the extension ever uses.

Generating an address is the easy part. What makes it worth keeping is what happens to all of them afterwards.
One click, one address
Click the toolbar icon and a fresh iCloud Hide My Email address is reserved and ready to paste. No form to fill in first.
Fills in the box you are using
Drop the new address straight into any input on the page, or right-click an email field to generate one and fill it in — no need to open the popup first.
Labelled where it was made
Each address is named after the site you were on when you created it, so six months later you know exactly who you gave it to.

Every address in one list. Search by label, address or note. Filter to just the active ones or just the ones you have switched off.
Turn an address off without losing it
Deactivate an address and mail to it stops. Reactivate it later, or delete it for good. Select several and act on all of them at once.

Open Manage emails to search your addresses and turn any of them off. Mail to a switched-off address simply stops.
Nothing here ever leaves your browser
There’s no account to create and no dashboard. The extension reads the iCloud session already in your browser and talks straight to Apple, so nothing passes through a server of Drew’s. You don’t have to take that on trust. The code is public, so you can check it yourself.
No data collected
Nothing about you leaves the browser. There is no backend to send it to.
No analytics, no tracking
No telemetry, no crash reporting, no beacons, no third-party scripts.
No credentials stored
It reads the iCloud session cookie you already have. It never sees your Apple ID or password.
